Excitement is Building at Splash! Your Neighborhood Swim School
December 7, 2015 by Swim 101
As the owners of Splash! Oxford – Your Neighborhood Swim School, we would like to thank those that have liked our Facebook page. We started promoting it on November 23rd and in two weeks we already over 350 likes.
As excited as we are about those Facebook likes, we are equally as excited about the construction that is going to take place soon. In our meeting we had Friday morning (12/4/2015) with our Myrtha pool installer and our phenomenal local construction team, there will be many changes coming soon. Early this week (12/7/2015) our team will cut the window openings in the outside wall that overlooks the lake and by mid-week, the excavation team will be taking up our concrete slab and will start digging the hole for the pool for the swim school.
After the holiday break, our pool installers will come back to town to put in all the piping that goes under the pool. Once the piping is installed and inspected, the concrete footings and the pool’s concrete floor will be poured.
As the pool construction is on going, our contractors will be building our bathrooms, our 18 changing rooms, our private party room as well as our to name a few things.
For those wondering, if everything goes as planned, we are expecting a March opening.
We are so excited; we hope you will be too.
Thanks for reading and please continue to check our Facebook page and our website for updates.
